Marc and I don’t have many options when it comes to pans. Aside from one cast-iron pan we only have non-stick. After reading this post on Yum Sugar about pan selection I think I see a stainless steel pan in our future. We both love caramelized onions! (link).

Shocking Updates about 9-Year-Old blogger!

If you have yet to check out Never Seconds, a blog by 9-year0old Martha Payne that documents the unhealthy “food” she was being served at school for lunch, make sure you do so right now! It is a really great blog and proves that even one person can make a change. Recently, Martha’s camera was banned from school, but thanks to public pressure and her support on social media the ban has been lifted. Check out this article on Wired (link).
